There are many things in my life that took a long time for me to align with, but not so for health and wellness. I always felt the energy of a healer within, although the blossoming and birthing of my true innate calling and purpose felt delayed. My experiences in life led me in various directions, but still my interest in holistic healing never waned. On the winding path called life's journey, I've had to release mental conditioning that pumps fear, doubt and being blinded from seeing my true essence. It's a crippling experience of mental bondage that fosters delays and rips at one's confidence. There may be delays, delays that seem lifelong, but I refuse to believe I am stuck.
My decision to share with you is birth from the magical power within me that cannot be held down, the light in me that cannot be extinguished. I rise and will continue to rise, I shine and shine brightly.

This path has been a nourishing journey and I am able to cultivate my healing through practices and habits gained from being intentional, and also from my experience and background in Oriental Medicine and as a Detoxification Specialist.
This avenue of holistic healing radiates the positivity, balance and vitality to elevate on another level. That's been my journey so far. I released twenty pounds in under 4 weeks and have kept it off. My mindset shifted to another level of consciousness and I have gained such clarity and spiritual enlightenment.
The habits, the lessons, the transformation are tools to remind me of where I have been and where I am now. The decision to prioritze true healing-mind, body, soul, to be consistent, to be intentional has catapulted me on a trajectory of freedom and soul!
