Whether it’s weight issues, sickness, ailments, diseases, lack of vitality, it all boils down to the health of the lymphatic system. There are so many things that we hear like take this pain killer for pain, take this for diabetes or high blood pressure, use these colonics for constipation, take these pills and supplements for weight loss, but what is not highlighted is that all these issues are a result of toxic waste that has built up and accumulated in the body. No matter what health issue you have, if the body is congested with waste, that waste must be removed for you to be in vital health, so you want to do what it takes to remove the stagnation from the body, and stop continuing to poison it with fake, artificial toxic substances.
An unhealthy body is the result of accumulated waste. It doesn’t matter what level of ailment a person has, it could be minor pain to severe, it could be acute to chronic, at the root of the issue is stagnant, toxic acidic waste.
Pain in your body is a built up of acidic waste that is stuck and stagnant and is not being released from the body. This is acidic waste. Acid burns, so if there is a built up in the body, you are going to feel it in the form of pain. Pain is only one level of acidic waste built up. If you continue to allow this waste to build up in your body, over time this is what is called disease, and we see disease in so many different forms.
This is where the lymphatic system and detoxification play vital roles in achieving optimal health. At the cellular level, the body continuously generates waste and metabolic byproducts. These waste materials, if not efficiently eliminated, can accumulate within cells, hindering their proper function.
As I mentioned in my video before, the lymphatic system is a cornerstone and is crucial for removing metabolic waste and toxins, enabling cellular regeneration and overall health restoration. If there is stagnation in the lymphatic pathways, then there is acid stagnation. One telling sign of acid stagnation is inflammation, which is our body’s immune response indicating that the body is dealing with a situation it feels is not in harmony with the body. Restore the lymphatic system and you will in turn boost your immune system.
When the body is congested with acidic waste, this waste becomes destructive to the body. Because of the chemical make-up of acids, they tend to pull or take sub-atomic particles, in this case electrons (they pull these electrons) to themselves to become alkaline. In the chemical sense, the more protons, the more acidic, the more acidic, the more electrons it takes. So, electrons in the form of electrolytes are being pulled towards the acid to bring neutralization or balance.
If the body has a lot of acid, it will need a lot of electrolytes, to help bring balance, if not, it will suck up all the electrolytes and the body become dehydrated. With dehydration, everything becomes stagnant.
Acidic waste in the body causes things to be congested and stuck together. That is the nature of a highly acidic body. So, to break up this congestion and obstruction, and even to prevent this from happening in the first place, the main action and focus is to consume more fruits and healing herbs in your diet. We will talk more about that in upcoming videos. If you are highly acidic, the body needs alkalizing food to balance it. Bringing alkalizing food into the body is how you enable the toxins to be flushed from the body. When the body is in an alkaline balance state, the cells rebuild themselves. The body is in a state of vitality and enhanced health, if the cells are healthy. So, nourish the cells as they are the building blocks of the body, and they thrive in an alkaline dominant environment.
Flush the toxins from your body. Embrace food that nourishes your cells. The power of these foods in healing can be experienced if you take the action to connect with these foods so they can release the healing energy to replenish you from the core of your being.
